1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the vegas888 platform available at vegas888.vu (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not create or attempt to create an account. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and vegas888 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").
Use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time in accordance with Section 14 (Amendments) below.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions
It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. We do not represent that the services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Access to the Platform is prohibited for residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly unlawful.
2.3 Personal Capacity
You must not use the Platform if you are acting as an agent, employee, or representative of another person. All accounts must be registered in your own name and used solely for your own personal entertainment. Commercial use of the Platform is prohibited.
2.4 Self-Exclusion
You must not register or attempt to access the Platform if you have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services. If you become aware that you are attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion, you must immediately cease access and contact our support team.
3.Account Registration
3.1 Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, a valid email address, and a Malaysian mobile phone number. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
3.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the vegas888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vegas888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to void any balances, bets, or winnings accumulated across those accounts.
3.3 KYC Verification
In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and platform integrity requirements, vegas888 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
3.4 Account Currency
All vegas888 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform does not charge conversion fees on MYR transactions. Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted, the conversion to MYR is performed at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.
4.Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. vegas888 will never contact you to request your password through any channel.
You agree to notify vegas888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. vegas888 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all bets placed and all deposits and withdrawals initiated, unless you have promptly notified us of the compromise of your account credentials and we have confirmed receipt of that notification prior to the relevant activity.
5.Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
vegas888 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency, subject to availability. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time without advance notice.
5.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via e-wallet methods (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits via FPX are typically credited within ten minutes during standard banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation (typically one to three confirmations depending on network conditions).
5.3 Withdrawal Requirements
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed on your account. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit on the account, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing with our support team. A minimum withdrawal amount of MYR 30 applies. vegas888 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard withdrawal requests.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawals to verified e-wallet accounts are processed within two minutes for accounts in good standing during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. Processing times may extend during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
5.5 Source of Funds
vegas888 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds used for deposits where transaction patterns or amounts trigger internal anti-money laundering review thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory source of funds documentation may result in the restriction of withdrawal facilities pending resolution.
6.Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the vegas888 Platform are subject to the specific game rules displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Bet Acceptance
Vegas888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed following a technical error, where odds are clearly erroneous, or where the bet is suspected to be placed in breach of these Terms.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a platform technical malfunction that interrupts a game or betting session, vegas888 will apply its standard malfunction resolution procedures. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction event may be voided. Vegas888 does not accept liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the face value of the affected bet.
6.4 Void Markets
Void markets and postponed sporting events are settled in accordance with the specific rules for each sport as published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Where no specific rule applies, stakes are returned.
7.Bonuses & Promotions
Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each offer at the time it is made available. General bonus conditions include minimum wagering requirements before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, time limits within which wagering requirements must be met, and game contribution weightings that vary by game category.
Vegas888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus terms — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
8.Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vegas888 Platform:
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
- Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical glitches to obtain an unfair advantage;
- Engaging in match fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of corrupt gambling practice;
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account for any purpose;
- Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity;
- Providing false personal information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC;
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.
Vegas888 reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts engaged in any prohibited conduct and to report such activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

10.Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any Platform intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from vegas888. Unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may constitute both a breach of these Terms and an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.
11.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vegas888's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Vegas888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.Account Suspension & Closure
Vegas888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
- A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected;
- Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious account activity is detected;
- A KYC or anti-money laundering obligation cannot be satisfied;
- Required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order;
- The account holder requests account closure.
Where an account is closed other than for breach of these Terms or legal obligation, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their last used verified withdrawal method. Balances derived from suspected fraud or bonus abuse will be withheld pending investigation.
13.Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which vegas888 holds its gaming licence. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents vegas888 from seeking injunctive or other emergency relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
14.Amendments
Vegas888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered users via the registered email address on file and/or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where an amendment materially and adversely affects your rights under these Terms, you will be given reasonable notice before the amendment takes effect. If you do not wish to accept the amended Terms, you may close your account in accordance with Section 12 prior to the effective date.
